The hotel was located close to the plaza, the city center, and the centre. The room was a nice size with big bed, I was happy about that. The decor here was nice.

Als Nederlandse reizigers genoten wij van ons verblijf in een hotel in de buurt van Doesburg en Arnhem. De locatie was perfect voor onze zakenreis en de snelweg naar Duitsland lag vlakbij. Onze kamer was knus en schoon, en het personeel was spraakzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was prima met warm vers brood en goede koffie. Helaas waren er enkele minpunten, zoals het ontbreken van een douchegordijn in de kleine badkamer en het niet altijd naleven van de 1,5 meter afstand. Over het algemeen was ons verblijf echter comfortabel en aangenaam.

the hotel was a great find in puno. after a long bus journey, the owner kindly let us check in early and even helped us with breakfast. the room was spacious, charming, and very clean. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the main plaza. overall, a wonderful experience!

Conveniently provides hair dryer. Lovely hot water and cozy blankets. No heater necessary. Owner allowed early check-in and helped with breakfast on a Sunday. Good breakfast and stored bags. Close to plaza de armas. Big room, comfortable bed, and clean. Hotel undergoing improvements but still enjoyable.

On the positive side, the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a good amount of space to relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast offered at the hotel was surprisingly good, especially by Peruvian standards. It was a pleasant surprise to have a delicious and satisfying breakfast to start my day. Lastly, the receptionist was extremely helpful, offering assistance whenever needed and providing valuable information about the area. Their assistance made my stay much more enjoyable.

The showers took forever for the hot water to come and even then it was quite cold. It was a bit frustrating having to wait so long just to take a decent shower.

The beds were cozy, providing a pleasant sleep throughout the night. We were delighted to find that the showers had hot water, even if we had to wait a bit. The wifi was reliable and the spacious room wasnice and neat. The breakfast, although delayed, included delicious eggs. The location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the plaza. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and value.
